Sartocchi garments are crafted using the finest Italian fabrics, all sourced from the seasonal collections of the most sought after fabric mills of Italy. We offer customization options unlike what is available anywhere else, all from the comfort of your home so you can make your clothes personalized to your unique style. 

2. Can I choose the fabric and style?

Absolutely! Sartocchi offers a wide range of Italian fabrics, including wool, cashmere, and linen. You can also personalize details like jacket style, pockets, collar style, and lining to create a jacket that matches your personal style.

3. What is the production time?

From the moment we receive your order, our skilled tailors begin working on your garment. The entire process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, including delivery.

4. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. But we will be expanding our product range to other countries in the near future. Stay connected with us on our Instagram page and website!

5. What if the clothes don't fit perfectly?

We pride ourselves on our accuracy and all of our products come with the 'MADE-FOR-YOU GUARANTEE'  so in the rare event that your clothes don't fit as expected, we offer covering the cost of your alterations up to a limited amount. Just contact our team, and we'll guide you through the process.

6. What is your return policy?

At Sartocchi, every piece is made-to-measure exclusively for you. Because of this personalized approach, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is crafted to your unique specifications, ensuring a garment tailored to your style and fit preferences.

That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship and are confident you’ll love the fit and feel of your Sartocchi piece. In the rare case that your garment needs a slight adjustment, we offer a complimentary alteration credit of up to $100, which can be used at your local tailor.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are securely processed through our website to ensure the safety of your information.

8. How do I care for my Sartocchi garments?

Our garments are crafted from high-quality fabrics, so they require proper care. We recommend dry cleaning only and storing your jacket/suit in a cool, dry place, ideally in a garment bag to maintain its shape.
