Every Sartocchi garment is crafted individually, made to order with intention and care. Once you select your size and place your order, you may share any personal measurements or preferences with us — from subtle refinements to specific fit requests — and your garment will be shaped accordingly.
Each piece is personal, considered, and uniquely yours.
We are confident in our fit. In the rare event that an alteration is needed, we offer a credit toward tailoring, ensuring your Sartocchi piece wears exactly as intended.
Most Sartocchi garments are delivered within approximately three to four weeks, allowing time for careful tailoring and finishing.
Sartocchi pieces are designed for the individual — offering considered design, Italian fabrics, and personalized fit that mass luxury cannot replicate.

Because each Sartocchi garment is made to order, we do not follow a traditional return model. Orders are shipped securely once tailoring is complete, and in the rare event a fit adjustment is needed, we offer a tailoring credit to ensure your piece wears exactly as intended.

Our garments are crafted from high-quality fabrics, so they require proper care. We recommend dry cleaning only and storing your jacket/suit in a cool, dry place, ideally in a garment bag to maintain its shape.
